Where is Bellagio Vegas?

Las Vegas Attractions at Bellagio

The Bellagio Hotel and Casino invites you to experience a different kind of Las Vegas by visiting its gallery of fine art, featuring selections from the Bellagio Collection. For the first time in Las Vegas, visitors have the opportunity to view original works by many of the most important masters in Western art history. Works that have long been hidden from public view in private collections now may be enjoyed seven days a week throughout the year. Many of the paintings are acknowledged to be among the individual artists' greatest masterpieces, including Peter Paul Rubens's beautifully preserved seventeenth century depiction of Salome presented with the head of John the Baptist. Among the Post-Impressionist masterpieces are Vincent van Gogh's sumptuously painted portrait of a peasant woman sitting in the wheat field in which the artist took his own life, a South Seas painting by Paul Gauguin in brilliant pinks, golds and blues, and Georges Seurat's Landscape, Island of La Grande Jatte, a scintillating masterpiece of color and detail. Highlights from the twentieth century include Pablo Picasso's emotionally charged portrait of his wartime lover, Dora Maar, Joan Mir's whimsical painting of primordial insects, and one of Willem de Kooning's best known abstractions, Police Gazette.
