Where does the UNLV crowd hang out?

Moose McGillycuddy's

If you want to make contact with the local college crowd, head for Moose McGillycuddy's. It's close to the college, and it's casual enough for any laid-back collegian. The place offers drink specials, a dance floor, pool tables, and everything necessary to celebrate no school for a week. There's a DJ on the weekends, and standard pub fare to ward off too much alcohol. This is the place to head for reasonably priced drinks and far less crowds than the trendy, high-priced Strip clubs. Oh, and it stays open until the party absolutely ends, so you can party 'til the wee hours of the morning here. Moose McGillycuddy's is located at 4770 South Maryland Parkway near UNLV.

Is Coyote Ugly really just like it was in the movie?

Coyote Ugly

This is the place for guys on spring break, let's face it. Where else can you find sexy bartenders willing to shake their booties on the bar at the least provocation? Coyote Ugly, say no more. Fresh-faced ladies who can twirl a bottle, urge you to drink more than you should, and hose you down if you get out of line. This is a guys bar, so if you're breakin' with buddies, this is the place for you. Two bars, a lot of room to watch the show, and pretty girls all in a row. If you've seen the movie, you know just what to expect, so what are you waiting for? Coyote Ugly is located on the mezzanine level of New York, New York.

Where can I party 'til I puke?

Double Down Saloon

Tired of the club scene? Want a place where the locals go and you can get as rowdy as you want? The Double Down Saloon is perfect. Some have called it a "place for the lunatic fringe," while others see it as a place to "always expect the unexpected." Here's a place where you may find bikers, rockabillies, blondes, bums, or bohemians. You just never know. Really, all you need to know is their motto, "you puke, you clean it up." Have fun. The Double Down is located at 4640 Paradise Road and is open 24 hours a day.

What's the hottest spot in Vegas?

ghostbar

Looking for a great view and the hottest spot in town? Travel no further than the ghostbar on top of the Palms. Mix fabulous views and retro-chic décor (think Austin Powers on steroids), and you'll see why the ghostbar is so popular with locals and visitors. This is a trendy place to be seen and look good doing it. So, when you party, make sure the hair and clothes are in place. Lots of celebs seem to hang out here too, so keep your eyes open. Expect a crowd, and little room to dance, but plenty of room to party and check out the crowd. While you're there you simply have to check out the glass-bottomed terrace, that allows a 55-story view of Vegas from above. The ghostbar is located on the 55th floor of the Palms Resort.
